The lender will respond back to us with their decision for your loan. Typically, the lender will give a “Conditional Approval.” This simply means that you have met the requirements for a loan, but may need to provide additional documentations or updated items. **NOTE: Some documentation may trigger additional documentation after further review by the lender.
- We will then submit any additional items back to the lender as quickly as possible. Also note, there are multiple pieces that are needed for a loan – half from you, and half that we must obtain. It takes both parties promptness to get the items submitted as quickly as possible.
