Once you have been affirmed that you can obtain a home loan, you will be given an initial loan application and disclosure set that you will be required to sign/initial/date. You will also receive a document checklist of the additional items that will be needed to process your loan.
- Send documents back to The Dooley Team for review and submission to the lender. We cannot start the process without these pieces. The quicker you can provide them, the quicker the process can start, and ultimately the quicker we can get you into closing.
